What you need to open a centre
Your centre
- A room of 150 to 300 sq ft, on a main road or in a market
- At least 3 computers with internet
- A printer for I-cards and receipts
- A teacher who knows computers (or you yourself)
- Tables, chairs and a board

- Aadhaar card and PAN card of the owner
- Two passport-size photos
- Photos of the centre, inside and outside
- Address proof of the centre (rent agreement or electricity bill)
- Qualification certificate of the owner or teacher

Questions about the franchise
Is the WTPL franchise really free?
Yes. There is no franchise fee, no royalty and no renewal fee. You pay only for the marksheets and certificates your students need, from your prepaid centre wallet.
How much can I earn from a WTPL centre?
It depends on your admissions and fees. For example, 15 new students a month at ₹2,500 bring ₹37,500. WTPL charges ₹300 a student (I-card, marksheet and certificate), and the rest after your running costs is yours. Try the earnings calculator on this page with your own numbers.
What do I need to open a centre?
