There is no franchise fee, no royalty and no renewal fee. You pay only for each student's I-card, marksheet and certificate (₹300 a student in all), from your prepaid centre wallet.
How do students verify a WTPL certificate?
On the Verify page of this website with the registration or certificate number, or by scanning the QR code on the certificate. It works from anywhere.
