What you need
- A room of 150 to 300 sq ft, on a main road or in a market
- At least 3 computers with internet, and a printer
- A teacher who knows computers (or you yourself)
Documents to apply
- Aadhaar card and PAN card of the owner, two passport-size photos
- Photos of the centre, inside and outside
- Address proof of the centre (rent agreement or electricity bill)
- Qualification certificate of the owner or teacher
